domi_young

Hip hop heads can rejoice with Young California artist Domi Young’s latest release, “Morning Light freestyle.” Domi demonstrates his versatility, hunger, raw uncut talent and refreshing perspective of his daily routine. Domi Young, known more for his mainstream appeal, invites the world into his life after the club doors are closed and the weekly grind begins. This track is reminiscent of Domi’s earlier work: “Young, Broke & Brilliant” (which is terribly underrated), showing the naysayers and the critics that the kids bars and wordplay are still as impervious than ever before. The record was produced by Tank who originally hails form Long Beach, California and has worked with a few notable artist in the industry. Domi Young is scheduled to release his highly anticipated LP Live Young Die Young next month!

Sage - CKBP-NewAt9

While stopping by the Crisco Kidd Block Party to premiere his new single “College Drop” featuring Kool John, Sage the Gemini addresses XXL’s “no longevity” comment and reasons as to why he and IAmSu were left of the 2014 Freshman cover.

Sage also talks about how the Bay gets no respect, everything he’s accomplished this past year and says he has no plans to support XXL as long as they don’t support him.
