YouTube today announced that it has ordered “The Keys of Christmas,” a holiday special starring global superstar Mariah Carey and YouTube musical sensation Rudy Mancuso that features original musical performances by many of the hottest acts around including Carey, Ciara, DJ Khaled and Fifth Harmony. “The Keys of Christmas” will debut on YouTube Red on December 19, 2016.
The star-studded ensemble cast will shepherd Mancuso on a magical adventure of the true meaning of Christmas. This seasonal tale, from Endemol Shine North America and its digital studio Endemol Shine Beyond USA and Just Entertainment Studios, will uncover what happens when you accidentally go off the grid on Christmas Eve with no phone and no way to function on this festive night.
World renowned and Grammy Award-winning music director Dave Meyers (Katy Perry’s “Firework,” Pink’s “Just Like Fire” and Rihanna’s “Where Have You Been”) will direct “The Keys of Christmas.” This special will also feature original musical performances by Alex Aiono, Boyce Avenue, Nicky Jam, Bebe Rexha and Gregory Brothers. Boxing legend Mike Tyson will make a special appearance, as he and the others join Mariah to show Rudy the true meaning of Christmas.

Endemol Shine North America and Major TV have optioned the television rights to Chris Perez’s To Selena With Love, the best-selling book that tells the late Latin music superstar’s love story through the eyes of her husband.
Endemol Shine and Major TV are adapting To Selena With Love for both English and Spanish TV audiences with Blue Mariachi, Perez and Carlito Miranda’s production company. Endemol Shine, Major TV and Blue Mariachi are also developing additional culturally-driven scripted and non-scripted content together.
In To Selena With Love, which was first published in 2012 (English and Spanish), Perez recounts for the first time his compelling, forbidden and ultimately tragic love story with one of the most revered Latin music stars, Selena Quintanilla. The TV series will also include details, stories, perspective and insights which were not covered in the book from Perez’s perspective.
Major TV is led by Raymond Garcia, formerly publisher and founder of Celebra at Penguin Random House, where he published numerous best-sellers with top authors such as Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez, Gloria and Emilio Estefan, and Perez, author of To Selena With Love.

In 1995, she was tragically murdered by the founder of her fan club. Her last album, Dreaming of You, was released posthumously in 1995 and became a huge hit. Young Mexican artist Jiovanny Lopez is a big fan of the film series The Purge. For this reason he made several drawings to support the release of The Purge: Election Year. Jiovanny began drawing 2 years ago when he broke his collar bone playing Futbol. He turned to art as a form of therapy. In recent months he has managed to meet his favorite celebrities like Chicharito, Thalia and Eugenio Derbez through his artistic talent.
In support of The Purge: Election Year Jiovanny completed two drawings; one that highlights the iconic masks of this new film, something that the series has become famous for; as well as an additional sketch of actor Frank Grillo who is the main actor in all three installments and one of his favorite actors. Jiovanny mentions that this series has always inspired his creativity due to the impactful visuals and the legendary masks which have very well become characters in itself.
